       ESTENE^® monofilaments, state of the art in monofilament manufacturing, is today the only European alternative for screen printing fabric manufacturers. The new range going from 8 to 25 dtex ; (0,027; 0,031; 0,034, 0,040 mm), is finally available and is the conclusion of a long R&D job in monofilament technology and production process. Its performances have already been tested with excellent results by major technical fabric producers all over the world.

       Every production lot is tested with T.A.S.E. and USTER values, which assure repeatability and reliability of ESTENE^® monofilaments.

      ESTENE^® monofilaments have been specifically developed by achieving a higher modulus of elasticity (see graph here below) Advantages such as improved print quality and productivity can be reached using screen printing fabrics woven with ESTENE^® high modulus monofilaments:

           - Less image distortion (higher tension levels allow lower off-contact printing)
